Panton Hill Vineyard and Winery
Panton Hill Winery is family founded and run and is one of Nillumbik’s earliest wineries with 10,000 grape plants put in in the 1980’s. You’ll feel as though you have arrived in Tuscany,except for the Australian bush setting and the kangaroos you may see in the far paddock.
Buildings are constructed of Panton Hill and Grampians Sandstone, Welsh slate and recycled timbers of historical significance. There will be a huge open fire lit inside in the cool months and beautiful outdoor courtyard areas with sheltered options and lovely views that can be used all year round.
Wine is estate produced using Biologically sustainable practices with minimal chemical input. The range offered in our excellent wine tastings include red, white, dry,sweet, fortified and sparkling. You can also enjoy rustic, Mediterranean style grazing platters, Pizzas using seasonal ingredients and home made desserts. There will be special discounted wine prices on the weekend of the Open Cellars event.
